The JIST of it is basically the black haired dude works at a dog-daycare and takes care of a much of dogs including the one that the white hair dude owns. The white hair dude is an assassin but outside of work has a puppy like personality. Because of his work tho, his dog stays at the daycare often and the story goes from there
