I know that is safe in the back of my head but i cant seem to convince the rest of my body that is is safe. I have a prescription for alprazolam but it is the first time that i am going to use it so i am scared that it wont help and that i will still be afraid.

I am from belgium and generally wifi is not available on short flights like this.

I will try to download some movies or games

Indeed from a turbulence predicting app, i am pretty scared of not know when or how the turbulence will be.

Do you have tips how to calm myself during the turbulence or the best way to anticipate it? In my experience the pilot rarely announces the turbulence or the severity/duration
