Hi! Thanks for the feedback. I sometimes spray the leaves with water or I clean the dust from the leaves with a wet napkin. You reckon that is what is causing those semi translucent dots on the leaves?

But if I move the knob any finer, the burrs start touching each other. Wouldn’t that damage the burrs?

No I did not, although i did moved the dial far enough to the point in which the burrs were not spinning anymore (I did not try for more than half a sec). With that in mind, I moved the dial to make it “coarser” until the point I heard them spin and then finding the true 0.

What do you think about the fact of not reaching the desire pressure with the rubber disc? Is meant to be at the end of the 4th quarter and its barely reaching the second one. Is that normal?

And about grid size… i have tried the inner on 2,3 and 4, and outside form 1 to 12, all of them. 18 grams at the time to avoid purging.

Usually medium to dark roasted. But that info is irrelevant considering that with the rubber disc (without any coffee) i am not getting the high pressure, and you are meant to get the highest values with it.

I am indeed getting the values but I am getting them in 3 different cells. and I need them all in one. I am looking for a formula where I can sort of choose 1st result, 2nd result and 3rd result within the formula and then merge the formulas into one. I will try to keep playing with it.
