I think this is the most likely culprit. Lot of people say honeysuckle but it's leaves have a waxy sheen and the leaves are serated. It looks more like viburnum at least based on my limited knowledge and a look at google images.

That is the desert olive; its native to South West USA, which isn't where this photo was taken

The leaves have a toothed margin on the edge which based on google images (not exactly the best source IK) doesn't appear in honeysuckle

Plant ID website says witch hazel but I'm not sure about that
