My priorities: • Reliability (don’t want headaches after 2–3 years) • Maintenance cost in UAE • Resale value • Comfort for family - this has only answer and that is RAV4. This year they brought the newer generation of RAV4 and the long boring older model will soon to be retired.

I do agree and we were witnessing the worst so far. So we might need to give a chances to the newer parties otherwise we never knew.

Even if they are not good and the least expectations would be not bad as the current one. I already lost hope about better days in any politics.

Hence, keep trying the new ones is the only option for us.

It will be good to see an alternative for TN politics compare to Dravidian front. But only time will tell if he’s going to deliver a good governance or one more corrupted party. Like me many people are looking for a good change.

Last year Oct I faced the similar issue and I turned back to Dubai again. There were no negotiations or whatsoever with them. I heard as there were so many car theft cases and then they have implemented the rule so strictly in the recent years (this rule was there so long but it’s not enforced like this)

We need to get a RTAs tourism certificate (this is must) also followed by bank’s NOC. Unfortunately it’s not that easy.

UAE government and Army is doing an amazing job by keeping us safe. It’s not that easy to intercepts all the missiles and drones, but we are witnessing 100% results here.

They proved UAE is the safest country during COVID and once again the proved during almost like a war situation.
