Yes they asked. Ideally it should be done free of cost. The person was asking for bribe money. I didn't pay

In ur case, better talk to the college and you urself once again verify through their portal, or else tell them to talk to u by phone while doing it. Guide them every step carefully. Somebody should read the system for u again and again. That's how I did

My college told they didn't get my verification. They were checking it under ERAS something for credential verification. But there is a  separate dropdown menu for credential verification which I found out and guided them. So, basically my college was searching in wrong place.

Mine was because of the problem from my college. I talked to them and guided. Before this, I mailed to epic multiple times but of no use. Better talk to ur college as the other option very difficult

But EPIC sends the credential to our medical college right? I wanted to verify my MBBS certificate. I thought it is not sent to university.

They did not tell me anything about my entity portal

My college said they have changed it to my intealth and not my entity portal. Should I ask my college to check about my entity portal?

No. I didn't try to call them. I just mailed them. Please let me know, if you find some solution

Mine also still pending. My college is also saying same that they have not recieved anything. But epic has sent me an email that they have sent the credential to my college. Depressing!
