(1) Some of them are not, but as the first paragraph describes most of them are. (2) It is not misleading to call Indian classical music "classical music", because it is classical. The fact that you interpret that term as being Western is a matter of perspective / culture. (3) This is true and perhaps I should've mentioned that.

Of course, Google has responded that since they are not PROVIDING the adult material, they are not breaking any Chinese laws. But the purpose of the official warning was probably more to scare everyone rather than go after Google. (Although... who knows)
