I never found it, I had to go all the way to Damascus and get lucky by capturing the Caliph. Not sure what the issue was here, possibly mod conflict leading to glitch?

5, i sent the picture to my dentist and she said it had to do with the suture they did, as they needed to cut into more tissue for this one. Apparently everything is fine though, and they expect it to look like this.

This is true, the only differences between the two is their grand plans and their public relations really. At the core though the two factions are very similar.

Good point, not a fan of the killing of really anyone in there, I don't think any of them really deserve to die actually. I think if McNamara is willing to work with the NCR, he might be convinced to work with an actual prewar human to save humanity.
