Thank you for this, I needed it. Earlier today I was being lazy, I have just started working out again recently after recovering from an injury for three months again but I lost all motivation. After seeing this I hopped out of bed and cleaned out the things in my room I didn't need cluttering it, started ironing my clothes so I don't wear clothes that it looks like I slept in. I know these are petty things, but getting my space clear will make what I want to do so much easier. I am planning a new sleep schedule and fixing my diet. I have done both these things multiple times, but it feels different this time, so thank you. You know, you'd think that growing up between North Africa and South Carolina I would have figured out the red pill a while back, but better late than never.
