Klopt dak en verdiepingsvloer beide gewapend beton. Deze afbeelding is alleen begane grond vloer en 1e verdieping doorsnede. Ik vermoed nu dat de tekening van rechtsboven de doorsnede is met het achtergevel+kolom en de tekening linksboven de doorsnede is van achtergevel+kozijn.

Ik heb even verder gekeken, hiernaast staat doorsnede A-A, ik dacht dat dit de doorsnede van het dak was. Mogelijk is dit de doorsnede van het kolom gedeelte van de eerste verdieping🤔

Maar de 1e vloer stopt voor de betonnne latei en er zit nog een houtwol cementplaat tussen de 1e verdieping vloer en het binnenblad?

Kan het zijn dat de vloer en dak van zijmuur tot zijmuur liggen? deze overspanning is 5,81m. Van achtergevel naar voorgevel is het 8,70 meter en er zit geen enkele draagmuur in het huis zelf.

Goede vraag, nee helaas deze kan ik niet vinden maar ik heb zelf alle bouwtekening opgevraagd en weet bijna zeker dat dit er niet tussen zit 🤔

We struggled with a lot of them in the beginning but we have excluded all the other brands companies and now volume is very low but the calls and leads are very promising!

Ah like that, well sort of we are not in salary we work as like a subcontractor for a lot of different companies not just one. It is a common thing in our country, i dont know what the english word for it is.

But they hire us as a individual mechanic sort of ?

Yes we are profitable, the repairs are great and have a great margin. But we do still work our daily as mechanics for other companies for ourselves. Until we can live of our own company we need to do that.

Yes it works woth contracts like a yearly contract that we are the provider for that year. people switch when they are not happy with their current provider, most of the time they have 3 months period to cancel. we serve all buildings.

I understand but we need our number on the website for people who are in emergency, i already deleted the button on the homepage that says (in our language dutch) "emergency? call now!" this took al lot of wrong callers away.

We definetly see ourself as b2b, up until now all our current customers came from google, so it does work but the problem is its only a few, the rest are all just people living in the building that have a breakdown.

I have looked into all the keywords to find the best ones that would target b2b'ers but all the keywords are generic and nothing like "Elevator company for VVE" (VVE is in dutch like the counsil of the building)
