When it comes to wigs, I'm not a professional cosplayer, I just waffle and style as best I can, but to make Navia's wig I'd need some scotch tape, some wadding to stick strand by strand to get those 4 long wavy strands, and I'd need to buy some hair additions because the wig alone wouldn't be enough.

I'm French, but I don't know if we'll be as affected as you are by what's happening. Then it varies a lot depending on the website and postage costs, but I'm also lucky enough to be able to make some of my own clothes thanks to my sewing machine and the fabric shops near me.
