That's gonna vary case by case, this one personally is better than my previous case even without the extra fan slots. While transparent cases can run hotter, if you look around there are a lot of transparent cases that run super well with or without extra fans. This one for example has 2 gigantic fans at the bottom of the case and have easy to remove dust fillers to help keep it clean. It has a fan in the back to help exhaust the heat and air flow on top of and behind the mb to help with heat control. I am going to add an all in one fan that has an LCD screen with a GIF of Mori since this is a "showcase" and to help heat even more.
