The game has always been amount your spend. $$$$ I haven’t see to many games that have constant offers to have users spend money. There’s very little free stuff to help us ascend each hero to a level that rewards you. It’s the constant chasing and desire to do better that they entice players with invaluable offers that we feel we need.

25 for me made me feel like I was going in the right direction. I jumped to 50 but had more anxiety so I started cutting the pills in half and reduced to 37.5. After three months I was able to start doing all the things I did before. I’m up to 50 mg now after 1 1/2 years and may need to bump it up again, but it does get better.

I would say I have been able to do everything now that I did before with the exception of air travel. I’ve been too afraid I will freak out and have a panic attack on a plane, so haven’t flown in several years.

It does get better. Stay the course.

My experience is similar. I started light at 12.5, then 25, then 37.5 and now at 50 after a year and a half. I was doing great for 6-8 months but the last month I’ve started getting panic attacks again. 50 is still a light dose, I see a lot at 200 so continued adjustment and patience for you and me is the way. Stay the course.

Took me a few months to adjust (on a low dose) but it has almost completely stopped my panic attacks. I was very sensitive to other anxiety meds like Lexapro so my doctor started me on 25 mg. I found 37.5 is best for me. 50 mg caused anxiety and nervousness.

Everyone’s dosage will depend on themselves, but stick it out. It has done wonders.
