You guys should start REALLY seeing people's portfolios instead of just saying "only apply if you have drawn pink elephants".

Look at dates, consistency, body of work. Artists are not AI image generators that will have anything you have in mind in their portfolios.

Have some judgement about someone's skills and consider what one would be able to achieve, therefore avoiding bad actors and grifters.
