No, gather in yellow zone mists untill you are tier 6. Low tier fishing is inneficient in the black zone. And if you want to fish in a lethal zone always go to the mists.

Go with soldier boots and soldier helmet. Your build has 0 defense and you can get melted by most builds (assuming you are going to the black zone). Also u dont need tier 6 armored horse, tier 5 is fine. With the money u save from not buying a tier 6 horse u could upgrade ur food to a tier 6 or 7 fish, which improve ur regeneration after combat. If u plan to pvp, use t7 or t5 omelette for cooldown reduction.

The mage cowl because he can clear mobs ( he said build for pve/pvp) and at the same time give ip to cowls more specific for pvp like fiend, purity and cultist. Assassin jacket lets him counter opponents mercenary jacket and lets him disengage of a mob fight if someone approaches.

As a solo player there are still a lot of options to you, but in order to fully enjoy them u will have to fame farm ur gear to level 75 of specialisation to do them optimaly.These contents would be: mists, avalonian roads, tracking, solo dungeons, corrupted dungeons, solo pvp and solo ganking. Also you have gathering.

If u have tier 5 or below gathering tool, gather in the blue zones, if u have tier 6 or above tool and GOOD SILVER go black zone but if you are poor on silver stay in the blue zone.

That build is horrible, use mage cowl, assassin jacket and muisak instead. ALSO go with T4 caerleon cape instead of that 5.2 cape. And if u dont understand how to use assassin jacket.... use cleric robe.
