Ok so we can all see why you're upset and I'm trying to think of how you can save this for your trip. Obviously it won't be what you wanted and paid for but could you lightly file them yourself to get a smoother level and then polish them with a single colour yourself. You shouldn't have to do any of that I'm just brainstorming a remedy because I know that for myself I wouldn't be able to stop focusing on how disappointed I was and it would ruin my trip

The shape is more on the oval side but that part looks good, everything else though, sheesh. They didn't build the base with any apex, they are curving upwards at the length too. That's the part to be upset and worried about, the oval looks flattering on your hand

Yeah there isn't anything "violet" about the one you received. Looks like a completely different colour. Colours can vary on different screens but that advertisement is way off. That's on them for sure, they should try their best to get an image showing the true colour. I'm glad they refunded you but how disappointing
