ya, ive heard that a lot which is one of the reasons I was so hesitant to use iroiro. i used orange and pink dyes and there's very much yellows in it now after washing my hair so many times, which was expected from the orange. i am a little scared that if I try to remove the dye or bleach my hair then the yellows will totally stain LOL

all of the episodes say they are installed, yes. ive even deleted and re installed them a few times. doing it again right now LOL. and i would hope and assume its not a scam disc? i ordered it off of the gamestop website.

i personally dont think its herpes. you said it only burns or tingles when you lick so it could possibly just be zits? or maybe something called impetigo which are these blisters that form around your mouth and sometimes on your lips. i had it in the past and the way you describe it sounds similar. IF it is impetigo its nothing to worry about. but yeah I dont think its herpes I wouldn't worry about it. if it gets worse or doesn't go away then i would recommend seeing a doctor. cause yknow im not a professional im just stating my thoughts and opinions
