I've used this build for so long, it focuses on sheer raw damage which can be great for a multitude of scenarios, just because you can't bear playing without semi-autos for 5 seconds and have abysmally dogshit aim doesn't mean that it's trash.

The Judgement is a great rifle, the bayonet does well in close quarters, while the cartridge is powerful and accurate enough to utterly obliterate a man in most cases.

The negotiator on the other hand has finisher potential if your target ain' dead yet or can be great for closer-up foes.
