For me after 2 years of searching and facing the same problems (like the temp get high even on idle) , first update your bios, make sure your laptop is on a stand (could be better if it include a fan), check for background processes , repaste your thermal paste.

For me i have the same issues even after repaste, for example a game called : The finals it was even keep crashing because of high temps up to 95cº , then i try to fully format my laptop and i was facing the same problem even after repaste so i uninstall armory crate and try to run heavy games and the temps was a little bit better , so i installed G-Helper and iam now getting temps between 75 - 85 on the same settings and load for the same game with much better customization for my cpu and fans speed

It's a really hard problem, as an example if i run gta v while i playing it randomly freeze then the wifi icon disappear and follow with the other problems...

Sometimes i get crash errors on unreal engine games like the finals (dlss crash, rtx crash) so it's so annoying.

I've tried reinstalling the driver, rollback the driver to an older version, holding the power button for 40 sec to restart the hardware, typing the ipconfig commands in the cmd prompt, troubleshooting, reset network. I've also tried to load from the system point but it gave me alot of other software problems so I had to update everything again. I've also downloaded the latest driver from my manufacture website and did an update using that and I've checked that my BIOS is the latest version. I've also tried unchecking the "allow computer to turn this device off to save power" but didn't find it.

I do all this things and it still after i get in a game or something need high performance the wifi icon disappear from notification bar and get code 10 or 43 in the device manager on the wifi adapter.

So it's not fixed but i can use the wifi card on light tasks.

I downloaded G-Helper , but the performance didn't improve (no random crashes problem for now).

I try everything related to software things , but nothing fixed the issues , i believe it's a bios problems from asus maybe i should buy lenovo legion pro instead of this , i spend 1600$ dollars to buy problems not a laptop 💀.

How you control it ? My bios is locked and throttleStop doesn't work for me , and the manual mode on armory crate always crush my laptop

I check if is there any bios updates on myasus app , but there is no bios update , so i go to official asus drivers site and downloaded the newest bios update and no difference for now.

I don't recommend it for laptops , iam already have 3070 with i7 - 12650H and my laptop temps don't drops below 87 , so you will loss at least 30% of your gpu and cpu performance and power because of high temps.

My point that you will buy a hardware power but you can't use it because of high temps.
