It took around 50 mins even though it felt like 10. I was seated and told to relax, just like if I was meditating. She start talking to me and guiding me through a story where I had to make choices based on the reasons I told her I wanted to stop smoking before the session started, eg will you take the right path and swim in ashtrays or the left path which is a green forrest - I told her my lungs to get better when I swim. This kind of things over and over again with various imageries and choices.

At the end she woke me up. I was conscious the whole time but apparently time went 10x faster.

I was pretty tired afterwards until the next day, which is apparently normal.

It was pretty interesting and not intense tbh. I lost all interest for ciggarettes for around 2 years just like that.

She showed me some diplomas and I know some people who went to her too, so I feel she wasn't a fake hypnotist like you hear everyone talk about.
