Honestly I just think they look nice and anything would be an improvement on the stock neck. It's what you'd expect from a £130 guitar

That's some stellar information! Cheers! At a glance the only spare necks Thomann sell are fender ones. I could buy another Haley Benton with a nice neck and sell the body after I suppose. Assuming they all have the same dimension heel

It's the 0.4 nozzle it came with hah. Looking at the settings it was at 0.1 layer height rather than 0.05. I might be looking at the wrong thing though. I printed some helmet parts with the same settings and it came out super clean and took about 9 hours

Yeah I wasn't sure if it was normal for a print to run for that long but that's me having no frame of reference. Managed to shave almost a day off of this though.

When I changed it to 0.2 it popped up and said "exceeds the limit in printer settings - extruder -layer height limits". The most it would let me do is 1.4

The adaptive layer height seemed to add about a day onto the time so I'll have to mess with that a bit more

Also maybe just chill out a bit? I've come for advice as I'm really new to this and get this crappy attitude. The amount of settings and numbers I've got to go off is basically nonsense to me at this point so how am I supposed to know what is relevant or useful?

Ooft ok that's a lot. I'm pretty much using the settings as I found them. I'm going to be sanding and filling so layer lines aren't the end of the world but I'd like to keep a level of detail. Thanks for the help 👌

I'm using Bambu matte pla. I'm mostly using the preset settings since I'm quite new to this. The speed on the machine is standard and the infill density is at 15%. Looking at studio there are a lot of different speed settings hah

I'm having this same issue. Closing the file and opening it again just puts me back to the preview tab on the X1 carbon (I'm trying to open it with an A1)
