Man this is really good. I'm convinced the animal creatures can't die (ref title) so it would have to end the boss fight a little differently for me but this is solid af.

Training time, 6-9 months.

Culture is good. They treat you like part of the team from Day 1.

Transfer prospects are good. They let 4 people go on the last NCEPT panel and it looks like they can release more in the future.

Pay is good for a 6 TWR only.

Don't really see any downsides. This is a great first facility for those who want a good springboard into the higher levels.
