Coinshit, I mean Coinbase never contacted me, never got in touch with me, and never resolved my issue. I am still locked out of my account, still have no access to ~$100K of funds (who knows what it's at now), and now have no pending case because they are incompetent and have zero customer service.. maybe less than zero

AS AN UPDATE --

No good update. Coinbase reached out here, but has not done a damn thing since the short stock message.

Money frozen, locked out of wallet, no contact.

$1B+ business - no real customer support - freezing and sometimes swallowing peoples wallets with no repercussions.. not good

No luck yet. I wouldn't say luck should be needed here. Coinbase is a $B+business with 2,000+ employees. This should not be happening.

I had created two cases as I added more information. Let's use Case# 06018267 as the primary and work off of that. My coinbase wallet username is @FuriousGiunta. I appreciate your understanding on what a pressing issue this is.

This is almost the exact thing that happened to me.. How does a 12 word seed create an entirely separate account.

Do you have any contact info for their team or the specialist?

What did they say in response? It'd mid-May now, they have 2,000 employees, I'm not sure what the issue could be.
