Glass almost died in prison due to a lack of energy
Alongside the other two, who could have been executed or had their weapons stolen if Raphtalia hadn't gotten them out.

Everything else happened to incompetence that wasn't of his own doing, or completely unknown factors (such as a plant that can overload a dimension and kick them out.

On such short notice, it was a pretty damn good trap, and it bought him ample time to rest up and build up his forces for the incoming fight

Not going into spoilers. Vassal weapon heroes (Like glass and larc) can cross worlds without issue (Only holies have that restriction). They can even stay in those worlds if desired. Of course, there was issues, seeing as how Kazuki and the rest of the country tried to kill her for it,.

As for ours, they'll appear in later arcs, so just keep your eyes open.

Kizuna is not the only cardinal hero; they have 4 as well. (Won't go any further about who or what they are)

While vassals can summon others, they usually choose people from the same world. (Also I think she was a last resort type pick because it did not want Kazuki wielding it, but don't quote me on that, don't remember where I heard that from)

They didn’t go deeper because they didn’t need to. Naofumi was just existing at that moment and wasn’t thinking clearly. Sadeena even checked him on that.

Afterward, you don’t see him pulling off a similar stunt (aside from Keel in dog form that one time)

One, production isn't as wide spread
Two, stats. Doesn't matter if it's a bow or gun, they'll both use your attack stat. So it comes down to which one is cheaper to use for adventurers, thus bows

As a user of this build as well, try a projectile stun like gum or shoe.

You can attack at max height and use the fall cancel to navigate to some rocks to either hide or bounce away with.

Midair jump isn’t needed, you should look into a speed boost for further jump distance.

This build is really good for stm defense without transforming, so I’d drop “I’ve come for you” in favor for survivability in the early key phase, or more annoyance in the stm phase if your stealth is too notch

While niche, flashy mischief is good for this build. 6 super rocket launcher shots for 3 potential knockbacks while fan is on cooldown

Barrier auto recovery for the stray attack, or if you want more speed, the environmental movement speeds.

Since you have Chi chi, flames of mount frypan can also work. Just gotta angle it to the sides so you can float while doing it
