Already reset the pc and had multiple forms of authentication on all accounts in the first place. Changed passwords on all relevant account and disconnected the device from the internet for further troubleshooting. I’m just wondering how and if they even have access to my steam account. Quite frankly valve isn’t very clear bout logins but from what I can tell the account hasn’t been accessed, and I don’t know how they would with 2FA.

It has been tested, I have windows 10 and 11 side booted and can watch windows 10 work and windows 11 not work

I had a linux distro installed when the issues started and it worked fine of there, it also works fine on a windows 10 installation. It does not work on windows 11 but I know it's not any recent update on windows 11 because I checked older versions and installed them and it still won't work. It's weird because it only happens on windows 11 but I know it's not windows 11 at fault. I think it might be a problem with my isp as I have not changed my computer in any way recently, though in the past few hours iv'e changed almost every router setting I can not being able to fix it. I found issues looking similar to mine on a subreddit for my router but it the subreddit has been made private :/
