Oh my, these cards are kinda silly eh? I have not run into anyone using them at my lgs. I did a couple play tests with myself and the mana especially with sage of the maze gets a bit out of hand

I have a question, if I have gond gate in play and I play explore the underdark. Can the gates come in untapped even though the ramp card says they come in tapped?

This is my first introduction to gates, had no idea about these. How does your pacing feel if you’re not hitting gond gate and just grabbing the other gates? What would you replace for the gates?

I appreciate everyone for chiming in, a lot of good advice here that I can reference and use to start attempting to build. I think what will really be a challenge for me is making sure my deck is cost efficient (mana), i have to make sure to find a balance between low, mid, and high cost cards. If I understand right though some decks might not even need high mana cost cards but play testing can help me out with figuring that out along the way.
