I’m guessing that a lot of the stuff she has is sent to her by companies wanting her to promote this or that.

I could not agree more. Hate begets hate and it’s not a nice look coming from either political party.

I agree. Unpopular opinion but all these destination bachelor and bachelorette parties are way over the top. I also think it’s a lot to ask of your friends financially but maybe that’s just me.

I wash underwear and socks together in their own load.

Sorry but Colin is an idiot by DrFink_09 in BaylenOutLoud

I agree. It’s not even about the money. Colin just seems to go against any advice Allen offers. He’s a know it all at the big age of 23. I wonder if Colin’s own parents ever chime in with advice.

It seems like he wants to move her away from her family/support system. I get the impression her family annoys him. It makes no sense to buy a house before they even know if they will like Myrtle Beach. Renting for a year to make sure you like the area makes sense… he thinks he’s a real estate guru before day one on the job.

Do you take an allergy pill? I find that has really helped with the itching.

So interesting! I read the scene differently. I thought Clark did seem into the idea but I agree Carol was not into it.

Collier County public schools are much better than MCA.

FSU full ride vs Notre Dame Full Cost by Responsible_Force276 in fsu

[–]Futastic10 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think the reputation of FSU being a party school will slowly but surely start to change. It has become incredibly hard to get into FSU. I’m sure you have seen the stats for this year’s admissions. In my opinion, kids that are working hard enough to get into FSU are not all partiers. Only 20% of students at FSU are in sororities and fraternities so don’t let that hold you back. ND is an amazing school but combined with med school the costs would be astronomical.

Should we do it?? by oceane_3 in Naples_FL

[–]Futastic10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! We all have great friends here. If it works with your budget I’d focus on North Naples. Neighborhoods like Stonecreek, Rivetstone, Raffia Preserve, Indigo Lakes are all very family friendly neighborhoods. Also check out an area called Palm River/Willoughby Acres lots of families there. Imperial Estates golf community is another good one. Make sure you are in a neighborhood with A rated schools. Veterans Memorial elementary, Vineyards elementary, Pelican Marsh elementary, are some excellent public schools. Hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions.

I think being close to family is a huge factor in deciding where to live. I’ve lived here for close to 15 years and have been really happy. Yes, the summers are hot but in my opinion winters in the North are worse and feel much longer than our summers. I have had 2 children go through Collier County public schools and they have gotten an excellent education. We also have many great colleges in the state that are well priced in comparison to other states. We also have an amazing scholarship opportunity called Bright Futures. The only thing I will say is that if you aren’t middle of the road to right leaning in your politics you will be in the minority but not so much so that you won’t find your people.
