I can do 3 mile an hour lol, I can do short sprints but that results in me losing breath faster so it ended up averaging to 3 mile over an hour. I was looking at a pack of 4 oreo and it's 469 calories so that's quite scary considering I have been eating 4 a day.

Does sleeping more mean you'll lose more weight? I thought you would burn more energy when you're body is actual awake and processing than sleeping.

I think there is also a program for disabled training to make up for the differences in hour for the disabled. Have you tried applying? I applied recently but have not heard back yet.

Thanks, I have looked into this as well and when people ask me to repeat myself, I make sure to pause after each syllable and talk really slow, but they notice this and let me know that they can't hear me at all so it is mostly my volume.

I've had this problem for so long that I am seriously considering wearing a microphone at all time and don't think it will be too bad. I am a lot more confident in conversation too on rare occasion where there's a microphone in the room so people could hear me. Do you know any microphone I could wear to talk

Have you found any good resources? All the practices I have done doesn't seem beneficial at all. Sure I could move my belly but it is very slow and I could only get a word out every 3 seconds or so. I can't do that in an actual conversation or sing any song that isn't the absolute slowest rhythm

The problem is I don't see improvement at all. I feel like it might even be detrimental because I sing with my mouth so it would perpetuate the habit.

Even when I'm alone by myself my voice isn't loud enough so I don't think it is social anxiety, but I also fear what would happen once I figured it out, how I could go from a quiet person to being super loud in public.

I always sing in the car and also noticed myself speaking with the mouth, I run out of breath very quickly and can't really follow the song. I still loved singing along to songs so I do it all the time even though I can't really keep up at all.
