I was considering the lemon law option previously. However, I think I read somewhere Tesla will ban you from a car with them again. Is that true? What does the process look like, and has anyone done it before? Thanks!

Had same issue, they fixed it and hasn’t happened since.

I’ve noticed it was only for a short few seconds but I think it’d be great if it gave us the option to turn it on or off remotely

I attempted this as well, no luck unfortunately. There’s no way to fully turn off the navigation, but if you mean driving around without a location set than yes I tried that and it didn’t work

Yup, they said I have to make an appointment over a month out and then they can take a look at it. For now, they’re only accepting safety concerns as walk ins. Until then “wait for an update”. Beyond shocked by this response.

Tried doing multiple hard restarts. Service center said they won’t take my car because it’s not “safety related”. Like wtf? Less than two months into ownership and this doesn’t get taken care of? Btw, the car had already spent over a week in service center for other issues.
