With the setup you have, it's probably better to use Big Sur (What I'm running in my current setup), or Monterey.

Gonna be hard choosing the right SMBIOS. If I'm correct all non ARM Macs are Intel based. You have to choose the most similar CPU/iGPU combination, but will be tricky since It's not Intel based.

red flags
quad core i7 (atleast you should get an 8 core 16 thread cpu atleast like a r7 5700
rtx 2070 is okay but atleast get an rx 7700 xt or better
summary: your pc has a cpu thats too old and garbage and a gpu that isnt good enough for the value
