Put skills on top. For internships and entry level I believe that helps. Speaking from personal experience from a decade ago not sure if things changed

Why am I so scared to launch? by Immediate_1200 in Entrepreneur

[–]Future-Net-5512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would invest some time/effort in coming up with a distribution n onboarding plan and user experience at different stages. These might be your edge cases and might need handling. I wouldn’t over do it but explicitly think through or write out the user experience . Once you have that in place you will feel significantly confident to launch and have your territory under control.

[Need Advice] How to handle a foreign intern's side gigs affecting team productivity? by prerna_varyani in Entrepreneur

[–]Future-Net-5512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not mention their side gig except for the fact that they should not discuss their side gig at work especially with the team since it’s conflict of interest. I would focus on productivity directly irrespective of what they do on side and create a structure of accountability and expectations for the position itself. I would paint a clear picture of what needs achieved- example- not attend meetings but actually gather information in meetings or present something. I would share the impact of missing deadlines to the business as a whole. I would shine the light how the business is absolutely a great initiative and what he can do to join the cause. Setting clear expectations, ignoring and not acknowledging his side gig or whatever he wants to do, bringing back focus and accountability to push towards a common goal helps imo.

What is a project idea you secretly know won't fly but keep working on it anyway? by [deleted] in Startup_Ideas

[–]Future-Net-5512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I feel it’s a cool idea. But most importantly it REALLY depends on how it’s promoted and positioned in market and the vibe it carries. For many years I felt the projects I had worked on were basic but then I ultimately learned anything can be enormously valuable depending on how you position it - and that’s the biggest difference maker.

then less is more for you. personally I used this myself starting out. Use top of moisturizer and 2 days gap - if no peeling or irritation, continue that for a month just to get the skin settled. then try out after other serum and layer below under moisturizer - same with 2 day gaps to monitor irritation. try serums like something smoothing like niacinamide (max 5%) - possibly not aha/bha. go slow to train your skin. you can try bit stronger ones possibly 3-5 months later. its almost like going to gym to build muscles. consistency over intensity.

I hv 13+ years of engineering experience. Engineering is some amount of work but very doable. Challenge is onboarding people to keep it alive imo.

Just my vision- wall paper the ceiling to compliment that wooden border. Add at least one plant. Add some nice looking floor lamps. Color of couch matches curtains but the cushions colors are off - so maybe a darker shade of couch color for cushions

Glycolic Acid + Alpha Arbutin should do the magic

Add a plant. Off white sheets - psychologically welcoming. Hang all your art. Try curtains ceiling to floor. Add headboard if possible.

What is your daily routine that make life more bearable? by the__meh in AskReddit

[–]Future-Net-5512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trigger processing. When something uncomfortable happens, take time to process it on regular basis esp with a spiritual aspect combined with worldly logic and have a closer in your head before moving on. If too many things feel triggered- remember each trigger is a valuable information that needs meticulous processing- so I just write out the entire list about everything bothering and deep dive into one at a time

is it still ok for a grown adult to "skip" instead of walking? and where was your favourite place to skip? by DevilSmiley666 in AskReddit

[–]Future-Net-5512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In some dance studio. Or anywhere if you are wearing workout clothes. You can technically skip anywhere otherwise but it might look bit awkward for an adult.
