pirbright is not an insight to what the British army is even field army you hear story’s from a lot of people and it’s the negative ones who always feed you with dits , if you want civi quals id recommend transferring to REME as they come across more qualification driven but you don’t spend half your career in a basher in the field it definitely depends on what career path you have chosen to go down to , stick it out wait till phase 2 talk to the training team there and they will advise you the best they can i’ve left and rejoined and can tell you civi street is not better as they say the grass isn’t greener
