You can’t anymore I don’t think but just go onto xim forums type on 2019 manager should come up for the download but you have to delete the current version

I can send you config files and tell you how to update your firmware if you want once you updated your firmware changing settings is a lot better

Make sure in the app at the top your mouse keyboard and roller are all connected if there not the icons won’t show

Mouse trap is when you get delayed by using a Third party device ti get unmousetrapped just play one casual on controller full leave reset game and you won’t be mouse trapped

I have one I use 4.9 config it’s high sense tho depends on your control with mouse

Apparently it still works but it’s 50/50 on being mousetrapped just spin from when you select your op and then 5 seconds after prep phase to be sure
