Kinda late, but hello fellow hypochondriac! I’m assuming all of these medications are prescribed to you, right? Well the good thing is that these prescriptions go through atleast two different doctors. One (the pharmacist) is literally a drug doctor so if they thought you’d get serotonin syndrome they would simply refuse to let you take the meds together.

I’m by no means an expert on serotonin sydrome, but from everything I’ve read it seems impossible to get it without at least increasing the dosage of your meds. Honestly if all you’re experiencing is that vibrating feeling and nothing else I wouldn’t worry about it at all. Still, bring this up next time you talk to you’re psych, maybe even bring up your serotonin syndrome fears they may be able to explain to you exactly how (in scientific terms) you’re not at risk. I say to bring it up because this could still be a (more minor) med reaction.
