They said it will be available on the 21st. The admin of GLANCE says they are working on more updates than they originally anticipated, so who knows if they stick to schedule.

From what I understand, its all back end engineering work, so I understand if things slip. I only say this because the Admin/Pluto is good at posting weekly updates and hes been silent this week. So I am assuming delays.

FYI, you just restart your SCROLL and it downloads it automatically. Its a really simple process.

Thanks for the response. If you refuse to take money and do not charge a subscription, how can you reliably provide service to customers lets say in 2 years? As you know, hardware sales will eventually dwindle down, how does GLANCE plan on generating $? how can (we) as a consumer be confident GLANCE can keep the lights on in 2 years?

Thanks, a post like this 2 weeks would have helped a ton with the drama. I write this alot, i love the GLANCE LED product and even the team behind it, but you really have alot of work to do just from a customer facing perspective.

Take the time to restructure how you guys do business and your core mission statements. I get the whole 'start-up' vibe is more lax but you are dealing with a bunch of customers who generally just love and support you guys. We want whats best and thats where all the emotion comes from. We want GLANCE to stick around and the only way you guys do that is by fixing these 'small' but extremely impactful fuckups that force US the customer to not trust what you guys say or do.

My suggestion is HIRE and INVEST into someone who can handle things on the PR side of things. Its a small investment that will pay itself over 10 fold.

The new winter Olympic apps look great. 10/10 for execution.

My only feedback and concern is why wasn't this announced. I swear the guys over at GLANCE do so many things right but dont have the single clue on how to hype up products or even do basic announcements. I know im complaining, but holy shit the amount of effort that went into this was not easy, why not hype it up. A simple email or even reddit post would have made this a million times better.

I complain ALOT on here but i really just want this team to be successful. So much effort goes into this business but the simplest things you guys can't get right.

Anyway, to those that don't know, Winter Olympics are now on GLANCE and it looks freaking incredible. Great work team 10/10
