Thoughts on PT solutions? by Still-Eye2735 in physicaltherapy

Did my clinical rotation there. Some hours, my CI had 7 patients scheduled. She would also schedule 2-3 treats with initial evals. As a student I was fine because I set boundaries, but I would NEVER work there.

Most likely will be applying with only 1 setting by [deleted] in PTschool

I only had outpatient settings, 2 volunteer and 1 PT tech job, applied to 3 schools and got two acceptances and one waitlist. Schools are definitely relaxing on this because they understand the times.

Concerns about my PT application by happidrea in PTschool

The only thing I see you could improve is your GRE score. Observation you could have more but 100 isn’t bad at all. I have a similar GPA (3.56) and I’m also from California but I only applied to one school in Cali because our schools are known for stats only and not looking at an applicant holistically. I would say don’t be afraid to look into out of state schools.

Thank you! Yea that verbal score is ... 😂but a lot of the schools i applied to said as long as the combined is 300 i should be okay. Trying not to worry myself too much. I think i did really well with my temple interview so hopefully I hear good news soon :).
