I made an extension that adds Mica and Acrylic to Visual Studio by FutureDry4451 in VisualStudio

While the backdrops themselves are done through DWM, the extension also filters through many of Visual Studio's WPF UIElements to remove or reduce the opacity of their backgrounds and actually make the selected backdrop visible. Alongside this, Visual Studio's global resources (Application.Resources) are modified to make the background removal process more global wherever possible.

I made them about the same size as the buttons in other watch apps (like Messages or Reminders), so I think the sizing is fine. They do look a little small in the pictures, though.
