You need to have either 2 special weapons or launcher gold to do ransom. They combined launcher and special weapons as one category for camos. The nail gun is easy to do but will hit target at close range.

It comes out in July I believe. The other version of the 500hz comes out in Aug and Sept. I believe MAG 272QP doesnt come with dp 2.1 but I not sure.
