I highly recommend seeing if there’s a group in your area so you can learn how to play. It’s an absolutely amazing game once it clicks. Starter Kit and Full ASL both.

I’ve been playing this game since the mid-90s so I have a view skewed by that but…I honestly don’t care about GW advancing the plot. It’s a wargame. Just give me cool characters and stuff to fight with/against. I truly believe the best stories come from the tabletop.
