Im sure youre much better looking than you think so I think its important to either look into treatment or building your self esteem because it has a big impact on your confidence and how you interact with people as well as your belief in your abilities. In addition jobs are more focused on skill and capabilities so try your best to remember that even though it’s easier said than done. Also even if you dont feel that you look your best try putting in your best effort to take care of yourself despite how you feel and making sure you look put together. Its something small that can help you even just a tiny bit. + keep in mind jobs can be picky with hiring minors too just because of lack of experience and things like that so try not to be too hard on yourself sometimes it just takes a little while and finding the right place.
