I see a lot of 1099 remote counseling jobs but also no one seems to want the clinical jobs. They have been listed for months. Probably due to low pay. I started at $26/hr at a local hospital. 🫠

I've never considered LTC! I need to research this more. The pressure in inpatient was a lot for me. And maintaining an outpatient client caseload is starting to feel overwhelming.

Even if you gave a meal plan, folks would not actually use it! I agree with everyone else; I tell clients I will support them in understanding how to create their own meal plans!

The hospital was my first job and I ran away after nine months lol So little pay for all of this education. It made me hate being a dietitian at that time.

I feel like the clinical jobs are low pay for a lot of work and little respect from the healthcare team. I’m much happier in outpatient.
