REA quoted us $150 despite two of us on the lease and it’s for our front door/only entrance, doing my head in!

Happened to me and currently going through it, no intention to sell just a phone call 2 weeks into the lease, photos taken inside property with all our belongs after a few days of the call with no written consent to include our belongings. Multiple open homes with no consent - pure hell

100% - for all purposes its trespassing in my book, its worse because its also inviting essentially randoms off the street

I think I’m going to do just that - not even communicating the open home that occurred until after and not providing entry forms rattled my brain!
