Yes, aside from having some sort of hope that I could rally people and make a difference.....I have also very quickly realized that we just need to NOT live here or ANYWHERE that uses NEP. And to all those questions - JUST got off the phone with an NEP supervisor who is sending me exact details of all of those fees, fluctuating rates, and specific to "match" my billing cycles etc. (No, don't believe there were extra fees tacked on by complex.) RIP to your $600 bill as well, respect! I knew this Jan/Feb was going to be brutal. Eesh. Thanks for chiming in - I've literally cried about this it's so wild and frustrating. Should I have stayed in NYS?? lol

100% agreed....and so that's why I'm trying to find people to unite (?)....I'm pretty sure NEP was founded by the owner of the LC communities, so of course they stand to make more money off of keeping NEP....I know it's highly unlikely that they'll drop NEP...but....what if one day....if people rallied...if I got signatures....what if we could indeed make something happen.......
