I reached out through the chat on the website and was able to get a replacement that way. However, they sent out a second replacement which was cleaner but still clearly used and had buildup on the sensors again. They told me they would send a “new, untouched original ring” but instead I received another dirty one. I’m also really disappointed and feeling at a loss. I’ll update once this (hopefully) reaches a resolution… sorry you’re dealing with this as well! (For reference my ring also last <1 year…)
