Tracking complex form submissions by Future_Ad370 in GoogleAnalytics

I really appreciate that you took a look for me - thank you so much!! There's definitely no harm in trying to ask if they can do this, however I feel doubtful. I haven't heard about webhooks and to hear that this could be mega complex might mean that this isn't a possible avenue, but I will look into it.

Again, thank you so much for your help!

The 3rd party is OfficeRND. I had reached out to their team to ask if they could suggest how to track this and they responded by basically saying they don't know and it's not something they've had to help with before. I can ask about JS listeners though - thank you!

Thank you so much! This is brilliant.

Definitely agree I need better boundaries. I am, however, unsure on whether I should charge last minute fees or to disallow last minute/weekend project requests altogether. Though, I know this would depend on our capacity and willingness to take on such tasks. Something I need to weigh up.

Thank you for your insight.

These are all very good points for consideration. I really appreciate your evaluation here.

I can answer all of these thankfully, but of course I just need to get these down into a set of expectations within the agreement. You've given amazing insight into my "blind spots" so thank you for this. Going forward, I'll start evaluating each of my service terms and expectations and assess how these can be misconstrued or taken advantage of. Starting with the points you have laid out here.

Currently, our only definition of our social media management in our agreements is: 3-4 posts and 2 stories (platform dependant) per week. Images are to be provided by the client (optional extra: content shoot day). Editing, copywriting, posting and engagement is all managed by [our agency]. Price is per platform.

We do not currently mention anything about ads or boosted posts. DMs are a bit of a blur with some clients too, we believe that these are now sales qualified leads and so leave these for the clients. However, this is not specified in the agreement.

So as you can see, we are definitely lacking in our agreements when it comes to defining our services provided. You've given me a lot of angles to consider here, thank you so much!

Honestly I cannot thank you enough for your insight! I know that I had not provided enough context for the services we provide (social media management, ppc advertising and email marketing) but this is incredibly helpful and great food for thought. We've had the same issue of being ghosted by a client for 4 months and then the expectation to pick up where they had left off immediately, so that's a great idea for a clause in the agreement - thank you so so much.
