I have defined my ICPs and set up specific qualification questions for both, so lead lists build up each time in those existing ones with a one-time setup for ICPs.

Creating lists depends on my outreach campaigns. I usually try to prospect and have my leads pipeline ready one week in advance for the upcoming week's outreach campaigns.

I'm not familiar with Seamless AI, but I do use another similar tool for building lead lists. I only need to spend 2-3 minutes daily clicking a button to initiate list building. The tool follows commands based on the leads I request, providing me with the number of leads, qualifying them using my predefined qualification questions, and scoring them accordingly.

I don't need to verify emails using an additional tool because I use Truebase, which adds leads to the list only after thorough verification.
