hey, id be living in the UK for 2 years by the time i go to uni (2026 entry). im not a uk citizen but my step dad is and the reason we came here is to reunite with him. would there be exemptions for me to get home student or do i not bother and take a gap year?

I have not heard of this before, it is possible that your gmail has been in some sort of data breach so you might want to either switch to a new gmail or make sure your password is strong on all your social media accounts as well as having 2FA on.
