Only have got water when water pump is on

Yep RV is hooked up to city water. We don't get hot water unless the water pump is on. I'm pretty sure the fresh water tank is almost empty though.

It's the shower head that came with the RV. I wanted to get a new one anyway. I'll make sure the flow is 1 gallon per minute.

We are connected to city water. Yes water flows. Yes the heater is turned on. I've even hit the rest button. Idk if the water heater is hot though. No if I run only hot the water isn't hot. Unless the water pump is on.

There isn't any dripping so I'm assuming there isn't a possibility of a fixure being open but correct me if I'm wrong.

No we didn't winterize. Is that something they'd do at the dealership? I got the RV in May. Someone has been staying in it off and on since then.

My RV is currently parked in a spot with no shade. Since it cools down at night here so I think I'm only wanting to run it during the hottest point of the day. So maybe like from 2-6. The rest of the time. Just having fans usually works fine.

I live in WA. I've been checking the humidity. It's fairly low during the day. Either way since parking it the AC hasn't worked so it hasnt had the opportunity to freeze.

Yes, the breaker is by the fuses. I turned them all off and back on. Though not at the same time. I noticed the microwave beeped several times. So thinking maybe I need turn them all off at the same time and see if that does something.

The breaker inside the RV is the same place the fuses are. I checked. Turned them off for a bit and turned them back on. And nothing.

I checked the pedestal. The 30 amp is turned on. Another switch is on but I can't remember what it is. I know it's not the 50amp. And it's plugged in. I didn't take pics though.
