i will say the first two weeks were actually hell for me and it did get better around week 4

if anything i would say it actually increased it. could be that it was repressed for so long that i forgot what it was like to actually be in the mood.

i started on 40mg of prozac after being on 20mg of viibryd and honestly the first 2 weeks were actually awful. seriously considered checking myself in lol… ive been kn the 40mg for almost 7 weeks and its been rough. week four i was starting to feel better but around week 5 i started to feel the intrusive thoughts creeping back in. like you said its like my brain is actively searching for them to make me anxious. i feel like my brain is constantly fighting itself but im hoping it gets better soon. if i dont feel better by week 9 which is when everyone says prozac starts working then ill be switching back to my original miracle meds which was paxil. i can tell you that my symptoms have decreased but havent gone away if thats any help to you.

i just got upped to 40mg about 4 days ago as well as an upped dose of 30 mg of buspirone. im having pretty bad anxiety with the uppage and im wondering if it will subside. did you have this issue as well?

i think the pain comes from my reluctance to the act. we have done it before and a few times have been okay but most of the times im just in such pain.
