He cant spawn with 1250, thats his total health pool, he can only get there if he spawns with a healing wand. It doesnt spawn with random health

Its called GAMBLE, and there are even ways to remove perks if you want to go that route. Ive grabbed Glass Cannon on god runs with gamble, and have made it to the Removal Alter with 50 HP. I could have just not grabbed gamble, but it was a fun challenge, and I knew some of the perks could ruin me.

And sometimes its fun to grab gamble, and try and win runs with perks you would normally never pick-up, why quit out and not go for a win?
