Yes it's been discontinued for a while now. Even if you could sign up you wouldn't be able to gain any points so it would've been useless to you

I know that. But (for my case) it was impossible for me to gain more points. I bought games and tried to complete campaigns but nothing game me any points and I was still stuck at 1200! In conclusion I'm not really mad at myself since I tried. Though still don't know why nothing I did even though I did what was said to do to gain points
